Becoming staff

We don't want to receive any messages saying "I want to be staff".
If you will be PMing us saying "Can I please join the staff", that will be bad move. It will mean we won't hire you. We will lower your warning bar, and after you have a warning, you can't join staff.

All suggestions like "Get some more staff" will be rejected, and user will be warned.

If we will need staff, we will ask you by PM, and you will be able to accept or decline the offer.
We are very careful at hiring staff and we won't hire just a local jerk [this is just an expression], who said "I wanna be staff.".
